Cancellation Policy

Whole Home Design is a comprehensive, customized service designed to create a cohesive vision throughout multiple areas of the home. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are determined following consultation and review of the property and client’s design needs. A signed design agreement and initial project payment are required before work begins. Payments are applied toward the total design fee and become non-refundable as the corresponding phase of design work begins. Clients who complete a paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and move forward with a qualifying Whole Home Design project within 7 calendar days will receive a $150 credit toward their project balance. Because Whole Home projects are completed in phases, additional payments may be required at predetermined project milestones. The payment schedule will be included in the client’s proposal or design agreement. All outstanding design fees must be paid before final project deliverables are released. The approved project scope will identify the rooms, spaces, deliverables, and revisions included. Additional spaces, significant scope changes, additional revisions, or services requested after approval may require an updated proposal and additional fees. Product purchases, contractor services, construction costs, permits, shipping, delivery, installation, and other third-party expenses are separate from design fees unless specifically stated otherwise in the client’s agreement. Project timelines may be adjusted due to client delays, product availability, contractor schedules, vendor delays, or other circumstances outside the designer’s control.
