The Seraphelle Amara Experience
From first conversation to finished vision.

Our process is designed to make every step feel closer and intentional - from understanding your vision and creating the design to refining the details and giving you the tools to bring it all together.
CONNECT · CREATE · REFINE · TRANSFORM
01 - CONNECT
It Starts With Your Story
Before we design anything, we begin by getting to know you, your space, and the way you want your home to feel.
Through your inquiry and design consultation, we'll explore your vision, priorities, challenges, lifestyle, and project goals - giving us the foundation to determine the best path forward.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Inquiry > Design Consultation > Project Discovery > Next-Step Recommendations
02 - CREATE
Your Vision Begins to Take Shape
With your goals and lifestyle in mind, your design begins to come to life.
This is where we translate everything we've learned during discovery into a thoughtful, cohesive design direction - developing the layout, color palette, materials, furnishings, finishes, and details that will shape your space.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Space Planning > Color & Material Direction > Furniture & Finish Selections > Design Visualization
03 - REFINE
Thoughtful Details, Refined Together
Once your initial design is presented, we take time to review the vision together and make sure every detail feels right for you.
Your feedback becomes part of the process as we thoughtfully refine the design - adjusting selections, details, and recommendations within thee scope of your service while protecting the overall cohesion of the concept.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Design Presentation > Client Feedback > Consolidated Revisions > Final Design Approval
04 - TRANSFORM
With your design finalized, you'll receive the resources and guidance needed to confidently bring your space to life.
Your completed design becomes your roadmap - from the final selections and specifications to shopping resources and implementation guidance. Whether you're completing the transformation at your own pace or adding available local implementation support, you'll know exactly how the pieces come together.
