Cancellation Policy

Room Refresh / Styling services begin at $650 and include one standard, defined room or space. A $400 non-refundable project deposit is required to book and begin your project. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of final design deliverables. The starting price applies to projects that fall within the standard Room Refresh / Styling scope. Open-concept spaces, unusually large rooms, multiple spaces, expanded design needs, or requests outside the included scope may require an additional fee or custom quote. Any additional costs will be discussed with the client before expanded work begins. Clients are responsible for providing accurate room measurements, photographs, project information, and other requested materials needed to complete the design. Project timelines begin once all required information and materials have been received. One consolidated revision round is included. Additional revisions, photorealistic renderings, implementation/styling, purchasing assistance, and other services outside the package scope may be available for an additional fee. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled kickoff session. Project deposits are non-refundable. Approved rescheduling does not forfeit the deposit, however, repeated rescheduling may affect the project timeline. If you previously completed paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and move forward with a qualifying design package within 7 calendar days, your $150 consultation fee will be credited toward the package price. "Moving forward" means completing the required agreement and submitting the application project payment with the 7-day period. Final design materials and deliverables are released once the remaining project balance has been paid in full.
