Renovation Planning
Design direction and thoughtful selections for a renovation with a clear vision.
Service Description
Renovating comes with hundreds of decisions. Renovation Planning helps you establish a clear, cohesive design vision before and during your project so those decisions feel intentional rather than overwhelming. Depending on your project, services may include layout and space-planning guidance, color direction, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, hardware, lighting, plumbing fixtures, finishes, and other material selections. Your customized scope and deliverables will be determined based on the areas being renovated and the level of design support your project requires. Renovation Planning is custom quoted based on project size, complexity, and scope. Clients who complete a paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and move forward with a qualifying design package within 7 calendar days will receive a $150 credit toward their project balance. Renovation Planning provides interior design guidance and does not replace architectural, engineering, contracting, permitting, or other licensed professional services that may be required for your project.
Cancellation Policy
Renovation Planning provides design guidance to help clients develop the aesthetic direction, functional layout, material selections, finishes, fixtures, and overall vision for a renovation project. Final scope, pricing, and deliverables are determined after consultation and review of the proposed renovation. A project deposit is required after the scope and pricing are approved. The deposit is applied toward the total design fee and is non-refundable once planning or design work has begun. Clients who complete a paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and book a qualifying Renovation Planning service within 7 calendar days will receive a $150 credit toward their project balance. Renovation Planning is a design service and does not replace services that must be performed or approved by licensed architects, engineers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, inspectors, or other qualified professionals. Clients are responsible for obtaining required permits, professional evaluations, contractor estimates, and approvals applicable to their project. Construction costs, labor, materials, permits, contractor fees, engineering or architectural services, product purchases, delivery, installation, and other third-party expenses are not included in the design fee unless expressly stated in the client’s proposal. Changes to the approved scope, additional design requests, revisions beyond those included, or changes resulting from site conditions or contractor requirements may require additional fees. Any additional design fees will be communicated before additional work is performed. Project timelines may be adjusted due to client decisions, contractor schedules, product availability, permitting, site conditions, vendor delays, or other circumstances outside the designer’s control.
