Cancellation Policy

Multi-Room Design is a customized design service for clients seeking a cohesive design across two or more spaces. Final pricing is based on the number of rooms, size, complexity, and overall project scope. A project deposit is required after the project scope and pricing are approved. The deposit is applied toward the total project fee and is non-refundable once design work has begun. Clients who complete a paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and book a qualifying design package within 7 calendar days will receive a $150 credit toward their project balance. The required project deposit must be paid within the 7-day period to qualify. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in the client’s project proposal and before final design materials and deliverables are released. The agreed scope, number of rooms, deliverables, and included revisions will be documented before design work begins. Additional rooms, revisions beyond those included, major changes in design direction, or requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees. Project timelines depend on timely receipt of measurements, photographs, feedback, approvals, and other requested information. Client delays may result in adjustments to the project schedule.
