Cancellation Policy

Implementation & Styling is an optional add-on service available for qualifying design projects. Pricing is based on the individual project scope, including the amount of sourcing, coordination, installation assistance, styling, travel, and on-site support required. A deposit is required before implementation or styling services are scheduled. The deposit is applied toward the total service fee and becomes non-refundable once preparation, purchasing coordination, scheduling, or other implementation work has begun. Product purchases, furnishings, décor, contractor fees, delivery charges, installation costs, shipping, taxes, and other third-party expenses are separate from the design service fee unless specifically included in the client’s written proposal. The remaining service balance must be paid before the scheduled installation or final styling session unless otherwise stated in the client’s proposal. Changes to the approved scope, additional styling requests, additional visits, or delays outside the designer’s control may result in additional fees or schedule adjustments. Any additional design fees will be communicated before additional work is performed.
