Cancellation Policy

A project deposit is required to secure your project and begin Full Room Design services. The deposit is applied toward the total project fee and is non-refundable once design work has begun. Full Room Design includes a complete design concept, detailed floor plan and 2D layout, sourcing recommendations, and up to two consolidated revision rounds. Final project pricing may vary based on room size, complexity, scope, and requested services. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work outside the original scope begins. The remaining project balance is due upon completion of the agreed-upon design services and before final design materials, shopping links, implementation guides, or other final deliverables are released. Clients who complete a paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and book a qualifying design package within 7 calendar days will receive a $150 credit toward their project balance. The required project deposit must be paid within the 7-day period to qualify. Client delays in providing measurements, photographs, feedback, approvals, or other requested information may result in an adjusted project timeline. Once design work has begun, payments for work already performed are non-refundable. Additional revisions, significant changes in direction, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
