Cancellation Policy

Custom Projects are tailored design services created for projects that fall outside the scope of standard design packages. Services, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule, and project timeline are determined based on the individual needs and complexity of each project. All Custom Projects are subject to review and approval before services begin. Following the initial consultation or project review, the client will receive a customized proposal outlining the approved scope of work, design fees, included deliverables, revisions, and applicable payment schedule. A signed design agreement and required initial project payment are required before design work begins. Payments are applied toward the total project fee and become non-refundable as the corresponding work is performed. Clients who complete a paid 60-Minute Design Consultation and move forward with a qualifying Custom Project within 7 calendar days will receive a $150 credit toward their project balance. The required agreement and initial project payment must be completed within the 7-day period to qualify. Requests or changes outside the approved scope, additional revisions, additional spaces, or substantial changes in design direction may require an updated proposal and additional fees. Any additional fees will be communicated and approved before additional work begins. Product purchases, furnishings, materials, contractor services, labor, permits, shipping, delivery, installation, and other third-party expenses are separate from the design fee unless specifically included in the client’s written proposal. Project timelines depend on the scope of work and timely receipt of client information, measurements, photographs, feedback, selections, and approvals. Timelines may also be adjusted for vendor availability, contractor schedules, product delays, or circumstances outside the designer’s control. Final design materials and deliverables will be released once all applicable design fees and outstanding balances have been paid.
